Moshe Kelner

Playing a pivotal role in the development and success of the organizations with which he worked, Mr. Kelner brings to Mempile over 25 years of extensive business and entrepreneurial experience.
Mr. Kelner founded Mempile after serving as Vice President of Kardan Investments Ltd. (TASE:KRIS), one of Israel's leading investment houses. Kardan manages assets of some $2 billion and was the driving force behind one of Israel's first and most successful Venture Capital firms. As Vice President at Kardan, Mr. Kelner was responsible for managing diversified investments across technology, communications, infrastructure, financial services and consumer goods sectors. Prior to Kardan, Mr. Kelner served as Director of Marketing at Clal Israel (TASE: CLL), Israel’s largest conglomerate, where he was responsible for technology projects and establishing global alliances with foreign companies.
Prior to Clal, and within a framework established by Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mr. Kelner was chosen to lead a nationwide marketing program for hi-tech companies targeting global markets. Mr. Kelner established a consulting organization that managed over 200 consultants providing ongoing services to some 1,000 companies.
Mr. Kelner holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and also lectures in Business Studies at Bar Ilan University.
