Leading Mempile's R&D effort, Mr. Halup draws upon a career in optical and mechanics technologies that spans more than 25 years. During this career Mr. Halup accumulated significant managerial experience in managing diversified development organizations and projects, most recently with Creo (Kodak).

During 14 years at Creo, Mr. Halup served as VP Research and Development of Creo's largest and most significant unit, the Output Devices Division generating over $300m in annual revenue. In this position Mr. Halup managed multidisciplinary, multi-site projects involving imaging systems, fiber optics, software and electronics components.

Prior to Creo, Mr. Halup held complex optical and mechanical project management positions at Orbotech (NASDAQ:ORBK), El-OP and the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

Mr. Halup holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Bradford University-UK, Israel Branch. 2006
