With over 20 years of advanced scientific and processing expertise, Dr. Litwak leads Mempile's core chemistry and media development activities. Prior to joining Mempile, Dr. Litwak headed the R&D laboratory at Koffolk Fine Chemicals, a provider of fine chemicals, custom synthesis activities and the production of advanced intermediates for pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Litwak has also held a number of senior research positions at the Dead Sea Bromine Group, the world’s largest provider of bromine-based specialty products. Mr. Litwak began his career in the chemical industry at Sigma-Aldrich, one of the world’s largest supplier of research chemicals

Dr. Litwak holds several patents, has published numerous scientific articles and holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Tel- Aviv University.
