Prior to joining Mempile, Mr. Uziel served as Director of Finance at XACCT Technologies Ltd., where he helped secure XACCT’s acquisition by Amdocs Limited (NYSE:DOX). Mr. Uziel established and supported operations of nine subsidiaries in Europe and Asia Pacific, and supported the sales team in negotiations and closing customer and partner contracts. He managed the Israeli and International Finance Department responsible for financial reporting, including consolidated statements of the group companies, tax reporting and reporting to other governmental agencies.

Prior to XACCT Mr. Uziel served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Israel where he managed an audit team specializing in hi-tech companies and participated in the IPO processes of a number of companies in Israel and the US.

Mr. Uziel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics.
